At FASHIONMONA, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a returns and cancellations policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

1.Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3.Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return following the instructions mentioned above.

In the event that we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances or stock availability issues, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

4.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5.Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

6.European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn,unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
